The article delves into the perceived shortage of middle skill workers, both now and in the future. Leadership styles are important aspects of an organization because certain techniques are more effective in different situations. When leadership is effective, then the outcomes are positive and desired goals are attained. Containment includes decision making however, they depend on the type of incident. Incidents can be communicated through various ways including email, phone conversations and notice boards.
